 Nick
Nykorczuk
President
As president, Nick oversees total operations of the
landscape construction firm. Co-founding this
company while he was a sophomore at the University
of Delaware, two years later he was honored as the
first place state winner of the East Coast
Collegiate Entrepreneur of the Year award. Soon
after,
he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering
and passed the EIT exam as the first step towards
obtaining his PE license. Nick also enjoys donating
his time to assist with charitable projects and has
received a town community service award for his help
in tutoring and mentoring local elementary school
children. Nick strives to serve all of his clients
with the highest attention to detail and can be
noticed managing the financial, sales, and marketing
areas of the company.
In his free time, Nick likes to read, play golf, and
he remains active in various competitive sports
leagues.

 Jack
Reifenrath
Vice President of Operations
Being fully in charge of field operations, his
duties include supervising all field staff as well
as communicating with clients throughout the
construction process when projects are designed and
installed by Creative Pavers. He has been involved
with the construction of over a 1.1 million square
feet of paver and retaining wall installations and
his vast construction experience allows him to be
able to adapt to special situations that arise on
some of the most complex projects. He holds
certifications from both ICPI and NCMA and continues
to keep up to date on new and innovative landscape
construction methods through continuing education at
regional seminars.
Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and son,
woodworking, fishing, and boating. He volunteers his
time in the West Deptford PAL Ball Hockey League
acting as a team coach and referee.

 Ken
Fairchild
Senior Designer
Ken joined Creative Pavers in 2006 as an Associate
Designer with a specialty in hardscape
constructionand quickly graduated his way to Senior
Designer. He brings over 30 years of
sales/management and technical experience to create
customized computer design layouts for residential
and commercial properties. He holds a certification
from ICPI and is an expert in using advanced CAD
programs such as Dynascape and PRO Landscape. His
style as a real “hands-on” designer allows him to
work closely with each and every customer and he
prides himself in his commitment to exceed his
customer’s expectations.
When he is not working on one of his latest designs,
Ken enjoys spending time with his family and wife of
over 30 years, boating, fishing, bowling, and
skiing.

Brian Poline
Assistant Designer
Brian works as a free-lance designer. He concentrates on creating landscape
designs where he draws from over a decade of
experience in the nursery industry to assist in the
plant selection process.
An avid outdoorsman, Brian prefers to spend his free
time camping, hiking, and hunting.

Cathy Lothari
Office Manager
Cathy has the important role of making sure the
administrative end of the office continues to run
smoothly. Her primary duties include the maintenance
of all service accounts as well as billing and
payroll but she is known for being a team player
that helps out wherever she is needed.
Cathy spends her time away from work with her
husband, two teenage girls, and her dog Lucy.
