AUGUST / SEPTEMBER 2011:
In Bensalem, PA, Creative Pavers will begin work on
a Paver Landing, Walkway, and Driveway with
Decorative Entrance Stone Columns. The Driveway is
over 3,000 sqft and will blend into a Natural
Bluestone Walkway leading up to a New Stone Front
Landing. At the entrance of the driveway, two
Natural Stone Columns will be constructed to top off
this project and give this property the stately look
it deserves.
In Woolwich, NJ, Creative Pavers will begin work
simultaneously on another patio projects in a 55+
Active Adult community. It will be the 7th patio
installed in the same community to date. Familiarity
with the Homeowner's Association approval process as
well as the quality of neighboring completed
projects makes us a good choice for a new homeowner
to expand their living space to the outdoors.
In Wilmington, DE, Creative Pavers is finishing up a
Raised Paver Patio in order to create 630 sqft of
room for the client to have for rest and relaxation.
A Paver Walkway will connect the backyard space to
the side door and then lead up to the front
driveway.
In Media, PA, Creative Pavers is working on an
extensive backyard project that consists of a new
Composite Deck that will lead down to a winding
Paver Walkway flanked by landscaping which will come
up to a series of Retaining Walls and Steps that
will ultimately lead down to a paver patio with
Firepit and Seating Walls. The grade of the property
was a challenge since the difference in height from
the door to the ground level was over 10’, but it
allowed for a design to be created that maximized
privacy with a series of walls and levels.
In Glen Mills, PA, Creative Pavers is to begin
working a project to remove existing wood deck and
replace it with a maintenance-free hardscape patio.
After years of re-staining and water sealing the
wood surfaces, the Owner decided he'd had enough and
decided to upgrade and refresh his backyard space
complete with lighting, plant screenings,
multi-tiered seating areas, and a cedar pergola
structure.
In Blackwood, NJ, Creative Pavers is beginning the
first phase of a multi-year railroad tie retaining
wall replacement for a large condo community. They
will utilize Diamond Pro Segmented Retaining Wall
Blocks to replace over 400’ of retaining walls for
the first phase, and over the next few years will
end up replacing over 1500’ of walls that range from
3’ to 9’ in height.
In Chadds Ford, PA, Creative Pavers just finished up
a Natural Stone Patio Project that utilizes Cut
Bluestone for the surfaces and Natural Stone for the
Seating Walls, Steps, Firepit, and an Extensive
Outdoor Kitchen. Bluestone was selected for use on
the tops of the walls and counter top making this
project consist of 100% natural products.
In Pennsauken, NJ, Creative Pavers is working with
an upscale pool builder to create a $100,000+
Resort-style backyard. The project will include many
things such as a Lagoon Pool, Waterfall, Hot Tub,
Firepit, Outdoor Kitchen w/Bar Top, Pergola
w/Columns and Built-in Water Features, and various
levels of seating with room to entertain the largest
of parties. This project truly defines the saying
“taking a vacation in your backyard”.
In Newark, DE, Creative Pavers is working on a Front
Landing, a series of Garden Walls, and a winding
Paver Walkway to compete the grand front entrance to
the client’s home. Finishing it off with just the
right amount of plant materials will give it the
curb appeal that this home is worthy of.
In Mt. Laurel, NJ, Creative Pavers is working on a
backyard project that will have an extensive Outdoor
Kitchen area that contains a grill, smoker,
refrigerator, and commercial grade pizza oven. If
that’s not enough, the other side of the 1000+ sqft
patio space will give them a comparable living area
with large outdoor Fireplace, Custom Built-In
Pergola, and Privacy Stone Walls complete with
accent lighting and lush screen plantings. This new
outdoor space combined with the addition be
constructed at the same time, will give the
homeowners a whole new feel to relaxing at home.
