Nick Nykorczuk
As president, Nick oversees total operations of the design-build construction firm. Founding this company while he was a sophomore at the University of Delaware, two years later he was honored as the first place state winner of the East Coast Collegiate Entrepreneur of the Year award and shortly after, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Over the years, Nick has donated his time to assist with charitable projects and has received a town community service award for his help in tutoring and mentoring local elementary school children. He has traveled the region to give lectures at regional trade conventions about the construction and design of residential projects and has been profiled in numerous trade magazines and once served as the focus of a reoccurring column in Turf Magazine offering advice on a wide range of topics from marketing to employee management and more. He has been instrumental in growing the business from a local hardscape installer into a full scale design-build company with a strong presence in 3 states. Nick strives to serve all of his clients with the highest attention to detail and his focus is on evolving the business along with managing the financial, sales, and marketing areas of the company.
In his free time, Nick likes to spend time traveling with his wife and 3 kids and he coaches in multiple youth sports leagues.
Jack Reifenrath
Since partnering with Nick in 2001, Jack has been fully in charge of all field operations. His duties include supervising all field staff as well as communicating with clients throughout the construction process when projects are designed and installed by Creative Pavers. With a long background in finish carpentry and homebuilding, he has also been involved with the construction of over a 4.3 million square feet of paver and retaining wall installations. This vast construction experience allows him to be able to adapt to special situations that arise on some of the most complex projects. He holds certifications from both ICPI and NCMA and continues to keep up to date on new and innovative hardscape, decking and pool construction methods through continuing education at regional seminars.
Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and son on his boat and he volunteers his time in the West Deptford PAL Ball Hockey League acting as a team coach and referee.
