Creative Pavers, Inc. has found success in sticking to our philosophy of emphasizing project design and site planning above everything else. Our backyard landscape designers feel that the design phase is the most important step of any project, as a good set of plans will ensure that the client and the installation teams are always on the same page. We use state of the art programs such as Dynascape Pro, AutoCAD, VizTerra, and many other top of the line computer imaging software programs to give you the clearest set of plans for whatever your project may call for. Landscaping layouts are generated on large 36” x 24” prints that label everything in accurate detail and proportion. Digital pictures are also imported into the design to give a more visual overall feel for the selected plant material. We even have the capability to create realistic visual 3D renderings with the ability to “walk through” your project before the first shovel hits the ground.

Landscape design fees begin at $500 and we start the process by scheduling an initial consultation at the client’s home. This meeting is where design ideas, budget limits, and scheduling issues are discussed. We also review many photos of completed projects to obtain an overall sense of the client’s taste. At that time, photos are taken of the property and a detailed rough sketch is completed. A follow up appointment is scheduled approximately 2 weeks later to revisit your home with a completed landscape design layout. After reviewing the design, an exact cost of the project is provided. If you choose to have us compete the work, all design fees are credited towards the project’s overall cost.
