“Over the summer of 2023, we selected them to build a large terrace and upper deck onto our home. We chose them because they had advanced deck building experience in doing this type of project compared to our original home builders who were bidding to do our deck. Initially, you will work out your plan and contract with Nick. He will evaluate your site. Nick is friendly and has expertise in deck building, and will be responsive to your request. Next, you will meet Jack. On-site throughout, I found Jack to be extremely knowledgeable and highly valuable as to even give excellent guidance in the choices that were made during the build. Beyond that, over the summer they were very adaptable to the requests I made with changes from the initial plan. The craftsmanship of their work was demonstrated throughout the project. Their work crew was on-site daily when the weather was workable. If anything was found to be questioned they would automatically refine the requests and would quickly make it happen to our satisfaction. Their workers were kind and focused and did work through extremely hot July weather without complaint. As with any custom-build, there will always be questions as to which direction to take for best outcome. This aspect could be difficult to handle with some builders. Jack was watchful, concise and very receptive. His expertise in the deck construction business was constantly displayed.

In the end our project turned out beautiful!
